Begin Your Design
Your journey begins with our Begin Your Design form, where you'll share information about your home, project goals, design preferences, timeline, and overall vision.
Using this information, our team prepares a personalized design proposal outlining the recommended scope of services and design approach for your project. When you're ready to begin, we'll provide your project launch documents, including your Design Service Agreement, electronically for your review and signature. Once completed, your project is officially launched.

Welcome & Client Portal
Once your project has officially launched, you'll receive a welcome email outlining the next steps of your project along with access to your secure Client Portal.
Your Client Portal serves as the central hub for your project, providing convenient access to design presentations, floor plans, photorealistic renderings, approvals, project updates, procurement progress, invoices, important project documents, and ongoing communications throughout your design journey.
With your project successfully onboarded, our team begins preparing the next phase of your design.

Interior Floor Plan Layout
Thoughtful planning provides the foundation for exceptional interior design.
Our team develops a detailed floor plan that establishes furniture placement, circulation, scale, proportion, and functionality throughout your home. This carefully planned layout guides the design process while helping ensure every space is balanced, functional, and beautifully composed before design selections begin.

Design Direction Concept
With the floor plan established, we begin defining the creative vision for your home.
Through carefully curated inspiration imagery, color palettes, materials, finishes, textures, and design influences, we establish a cohesive design direction that guides future selections while reflecting your lifestyle and the architecture of your home.

Procurement Merchandise List & Procurement Budget
Building upon the approved floor plan and overall design direction, our team develops a comprehensive Procurement Merchandise List outlining the furnishings, lighting, artwork, rugs, window treatments, accessories, and decorative elements proposed for your home.
This carefully curated list serves as the basis for preparing your procurement budget, helping ensure every item needed to achieve your design vision has been considered.
Once the Procurement Merchandise List has been finalized, we prepare and refine your procurement budget for your review and approval before moving into the next phase of your project.

Interior Design Sourcing & Curation
With your procurement budget approved and the necessary preparations complete, our team begins sourcing and curating the furnishings, lighting, artwork, rugs, window treatments, accessories, and decorative elements that will bring your home to life.
Working through our trusted network of trade partners and skilled artisans, we carefully evaluate materials, finishes, craftsmanship, scale, lead times, and availability to help ensure every selection aligns with your approved design vision. Throughout this phase, every selection is thoughtfully refined and coordinated in preparation for your design presentation.

Design Presentation & Visual Renderings
With your selections thoughtfully curated, we prepare your personalized design presentation featuring custom visual renderings that allow you to experience your future home.
During your design presentation, you'll have the opportunity to experience your completed design as our team guides you through the overall design vision. Where appropriate, we'll thoughtfully refine the design, explore alternative options, and incorporate approved revisions to help ensure the final design aligns with your vision.
With your final design approved, your home is ready to move from vision to reality.

Delivery, Installation & Welcome Home
As your project enters its final phase, our team coordinates every aspect of the delivery and installation process to help ensure a seamless experience.
From furniture placement and artwork installation to styling and the finishing touches, every detail is thoughtfully managed to bring your completed design to life.
The result is a beautifully curated home that reflects your lifestyle, complements its architecture, and is thoughtfully designed around the way you live.

In the event of any inconsistency, your executed Design Service Agreement, approved proposal, and related project documents shall govern.
